Depending on the delivery zones, the volume and weight of the material shipped, we use the services of different carriers, in whom we have confidence.

In most cases, we use the services of La Poste, Colissimo or lettre suivie.

We will generally opt for a shipment within a reasonable time (48H/72h on the metropolitan France), at a lower cost.

Preparation of the order

Except commitment on the delay, the choice of the carrier does not influence the preparation of the parcel.

For example, a delivery by Chronopost Classique will be prepared within the usual timeframe (generally 24 to 48 hours for available items, once the order has been paid), but delivered the day after the preparation.

I don't have access to all delivery methods!

Although we try to give you a maximum of choice regarding the mode of transport, constraints related to the shipping address of the product, its nature, its weight or volume or its availability do not allow us to always offer the possibility of choosing a shipping via all our carriers. We always strive, when possible, to offer a maximum of choice to our customers.

I was delivered by a carrier that was not the one chosen at the time of the order

Very exceptionally, and because we were forced to do so (temporary problem not foreseen on a destination, package whose specificity had not been taken into account initially for example), we can be brought to choose a carrier different from the one expressly chosen at the time of the order. In this case, we always choose a carrier with the same specificities.

These modifications are however very rare, and always linked to destinations or very particular products. In general, if we could not, by extraordinary situation, respect our initial commitments, we will contact you.

If, despite our precautions, you encounter a particular problem with the carrier, do not hesitate to contact us!

Shipping costs 7.90€ for any order under 69€, free beyond this amount.

Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, Reunion

Shipping cost : 9.90€ for all orders under 69€

Luxembourg, Belgium, Switzerland

Shipping cost : 9.90€ for all orders under 69€
